Red Farm sells a limited, device-bound right to use the supported Red Farm Windows application for the duration selected at checkout. Plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
Access periods
The Day Pass remains valid through the end of the next UTC calendar day. The 30-day and 90-day plans remain valid through the end of the UTC date calculated from the verified purchase date. Lifetime means no expiration date for the supported lifetime of this licensed Red Farm product; it does not automatically include separate future products, successor products, or unrelated paid offerings.
Device binding
Activation binds the license to the Machine ID supplied by the customer. Device replacement and transfer requests require order verification and are subject to the published transfer policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where the customer lives. The specific state jurisdiction and dispute venue should be confirmed during professional legal review.
Third-party platforms
Red Farm is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with console manufacturers, game publishers, Remote Play services, or Titan Two. Customers remain responsible for following all applicable platform, game, and service rules.

Data used for payment and activation
Data processed
Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy practices. Red Farm’s fulfillment service receives the Checkout Session and payment references, checkout email, purchased plan, amount and currency, payment/refund/dispute status, the 24-character Machine ID submitted for activation, license issuance status, and limited security/operational logs.
Why it is used
This data is used to verify purchases, prevent duplicate fulfillment, issue and support device-bound licenses, deliver activation email, handle refunds or disputes, detect abuse, reconcile orders, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Security and retention
Payment card numbers are not stored by Red Farm. Access is restricted, secrets are kept outside client files, and operational data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Privacy requests use the private support process linked on the Support page.
Your choices
Customers may contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
03 / Refund policy
Final after activation
A purchase becomes final when the customer submits a Machine ID and Red Farm generates the signed, device-bound activation key. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, activated licenses and partially used timed access are not refundable.
Before activation, customers may request review through Red Farm’s private Discord support process. Verified duplicate charges, failure to deliver the purchased access, or a technical failure that Red Farm cannot reasonably correct will be reviewed individually. Customers should not submit a Machine ID while a refund request is pending.
Device replacement or transfer requests are support decisions and do not create an automatic refund right. Payment reversals or disputes may block unissued access; because delivered RF1 licenses verify offline, a refund or revocation record cannot remotely disable a key that has already been delivered.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to a purchase.
04 / End-user license
Software license summary
The installed application includes the controlling End-User License Agreement. In summary, a purchase grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one approved device during the purchased access period. Customers may not resell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer except where applicable law permits, bypass licensing, share device-bound access, or use Red Farm to violate third-party rules.
If this summary conflicts with the EULA presented with the installer, the reviewed installer EULA controls.
05 / Acceptable use
Use Red Farm responsibly
Do not use Red Farm to break laws, compromise devices or accounts, evade platform enforcement, interfere with services, distribute malware, harass others, gain unauthorized access, or violate game, console, Remote Play, controller-device, or network service terms.
Unissued access may be blocked for fraud, payment reversal, license sharing, attacks on the service, or other material abuse, subject to applicable law and the final reviewed terms. A delivered RF1 license verifies offline, so recording a refund, suspension, or revocation does not remotely disable an already-delivered copy; the final terms must state the customer’s contractual obligations and any limits on future support or transfers honestly.
